What counts as an "action"?
An action is any meaningful step an agent takes on your behalf — a ticket triaged, a report generated, an integration called, an approval decision logged. We will define the exact unit with you during onboarding so the bill matches the value.
What does founding access include?
All professional services to get you live: configuration, integrations, agent tuning, white-label setup. You get direct access to our team and your pricing is locked in for life.
What happens if I exceed my action allowance?
We notify you well before you hit the cap and discuss the right tier upgrade. No surprise overage charges. If the spike is one-off (a holiday peak), we absorb it.
Can I switch tiers?
Up or down at any time. Founding-access pricing stays locked at the tier you joined on, so upgrading doesn't reset your locked rate — it grandfathers into the new tier.
Is there a lock-in?
No. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of any billing cycle. Your agent configurations, memory, and skills are yours; you can export them at any time.
Do you offer a free trial?
Not in the traditional sense. Founding-access engagements include a paid pilot during which we cover all professional services. If after the pilot you decide it's not for you, you walk away with no commitment.
